Chan Ká Vergel is a health space. All the land, its forests, soils, houses and animals have been created in order to feed its inhabitants and visitors with healthy energy, and the products of its gardens are effective medicines.

Once a year we offer this space to celebrate a deep fast. Traditional protocols are followed by stopping eating for a minimum period of 7 days. Most participants choose to spend 15 days exercising, rejuvenating, reducing excess weight, and filling up with energy for the coming year.

The medicines produced in Chan Ká Vergel are applied to accelerate and deepen the detoxification of the body, in addition to avoiding the difficulties of adapting to the new diet. The practices are accompanied by basic courses on nutrition and health. Many of the participants have already managed to change their lifestyle based on this experience and feel lighter, more productive, and self-confident.
